Vouchers will be sent via email on the following dates:

  • December 2024: Vouchers based on spending in July, August, and September 2024
  • March 2025: Vouchers based on spending in October, November, and December 2024
  • June 2025: Vouchers based on spending in January, February, and March 2025
  • September 2025: Vouchers based on spending in April, May, and June 2025″
  • Vouchers are awarded on purchases amounting to £100 or more over a recent 3-month period. For every £100 spent on qualifying purchases, £10 will be awarded in vouchers.​
  • Vouchers are based on spend from any product-based purchases and after returns have been considered. They are also based on purchases made in store, online or via a Customer Experience postal sale order made over the phone.​
  • Vouchers exclude spend from purchases in concessions such as John Lewis, as well as any spend on non-product-based purchases such as delivery charges, Harper, gift cards, alteration services and our Repair Re-wear service.​
  • While vouchers are not based on spend on gift cards, vouchers will be earned when a gift card is redeemed at checkout for online and store purchases. ​
  • The entire voucher must be redeemed within one transaction. Vouchers cannot be redeemed in multiple transactions. ​
  • Any purchases made with a voucher that are returned will not have a new voucher issued automatically, they will lose part or all of the voucher value. Instead, customers can:​
  • Exchange their purchases made with a voucher (in store only)​
  • Contact Customer Experience for assistance.​
  • Stores can contact Customer Experience on the customer’s behalf while they are present to help them make a replacement order with a preferred product that’s not available in store if they cannot find anything suitable in store​
  • To start earning vouchers on qualifying purchases in store, customers will need to present their email address used to purchase items with us or their downloaded Jigsaw pass in their phone wallet. ​
  • To ensure customers get the best loyalty experience and receive accurate vouchers, we ask customers to ensure they use the same email address for all transactions online, in-store and/or via a postal sale, at the point of placing an order. If customers do not provide the relevant information, e.g. email address, at the point of purchase, you will not earn vouchers from that purchase.

A voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit.

For customers to continue receiving loyalty vouchers, email addresses used for transactions will need to be opted in to The Collector loyalty programme communications or Jigsaw email marketing communications. If customers opt out of receiving communications from The Collector, they will no longer receive vouchers​

Customers are welcome to opt out of receiving communications and vouchers from The Collector loyalty programme at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of emails

Our loyalty programme may be withdrawn at any time. However, any vouchers will continue to be valid for three months from the date of issue Customers will receive a reminder email if vouchers are about to expire. Any vouchers not used in the specified time range will no longer be valid.​

From time to time, we may offer additional promotions related to the loyalty programme. Any such promotion will be subject to the terms and conditions issued within that promotion. If you believe any qualifying spend to go towards vouchers has not been attached to your account, please contact Customer Experience. You will need to provide a copy of your receipt and either the email address you used to place your order(s), your post code, or your account number. ​

Requests to add spend (contributing towards vouchers) to an account from qualifying purchases where details were not provided will be considered by us on a discretionary basis.​

Vouchers will not be awarded on items where a refund has been issued in accordance with our returns and cancellations policy.​

A voucher can only be redeemed by the Collector account holder.​

Damaged, defaced or copied vouchers will not be accepted, if provided by us by post or printed from email.​

Loyalty vouchers cannot be redeemed with other discount codes or vouchers​
