UK Returns Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return any item(s), the return is free of charge.

We provide an Instant Refund service. To utilise this, please ensure you have your bank account details ready. Your funds will be immediately refunded to your bank account, and you will have 3 days to return the item(s) to us.

Not using the Instant option? Refunds are processed on the 14th working day of the item’s arrival at our warehouse (excluding Bank Holidays and weekends). Parcels typically take 48 hours to reach us.

Please ensure you use the email address that was used to place your order.  

Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt of your order. 14 days for sale items from the day of purchase.

Sale items can be returned within 14 days from the day of purchase, provided you return them in an unused condition, together with proof of purchase. We are unable to accept returns on earrings, underwear, swimwear or toiletries for hygiene reasons. Faulty goods may be returned within a reasonable period of time.

All items must be returned new, unused, unwashed, not modified in any way, and with all accessories e.g. belts, and in the original packaging with all Jigsaw garment tags and labels attached.

Keep your proof of postage until you receive a confirmation email that your refund has been processed.
